Hassle-Free returns.

We understand that dog sizing can be tricky, specially since dog sizing isn't universal. For that reason, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from purchase to return or exchange your items.

Returns

Would like to return your items for a refund? Send back any unused items within 14 days of purchase using our self-service portal linked below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

Getting your items ready to be returned

Just like humans, we understand your pooch needs to try things on to make sure they fit paw-fectly!

When preparing your return/exchange, make sure your items are free of dirt, debris and dog hair, and have not been worn outside (trying it on indoors is recommended), and have all tags still attached, to ensure your return is accepted with no issues.

Items returned with strong odours (sprays, perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc) will not be accepted.

If you've got any of the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange. 

What if my items have been worn?

Unfortunately, for any items that have clear use/wear and tear we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny items that are in used or damaged condition. Please note this includes any strong smells (including perfumes).
